“Singing like a man”

やった〜！It’s finished! I’m not even gonna add up the number of hours this theme took me to code, and it’s only customized damn’it! I hope you like the new theme, it’s so NOT CHRISTMAS-SY!. It’s quite daunting having such a ‘content focus’ theme, now I have to write the best I can. As well as the new theme all the pages have been updated in some way. The best, obviously, would be our Page of Hotness, there’s 7 new faces to stare at :love:

In a cruel and random twist of fate I have become ill, YET AGAIN! :angry: This time it’s just my throat, there really may be a frog stuck down there. I woke up Wednesday morning sounding like Ruki! The bad side is the unbearable coughing fits and the phlem build up in the mornings (ewww, sorry this is so disgusting). The GOOD side is the ability to “Sing like a man”. I’ve found a new pastime in singing the ‘croaky’ male solo in songs, Wheesung, Xiah, Brian, certain J-ROCK vocalists… I can match them! Ahh… *imagines a new talent show, “So you think you can sing like a man?”* XDXDXD

It’s such a great feeling to have something to look forward to. Lucky there’s another J-ROCK band coming to London! girugämesh are coming for a concert January 29th! Exiting times~ LOL

I finally gave in to my country music phobia and downloaded Jay Chou’s latest album. …Truthfully, I REALLY dislike the first track, it’s really bad to say because it feels like insulting Jay personally, but country makes me feel nauseas and always has (for some strange reason). APART FROM THAT, yes, it probably is one of his best albums to date :yes:

My fave two tracks are Wu Shuang and Che. The latter is a really fun, techno-ish hip hop tune with lots of different sounds. The other is…probably Jay’s best song ever? IT’S AMAZING! So powerful. Here’s some previews, listen loud!

Though mentioning the above album, since the GazettE concert I haven’t been listening to much else then J-ROCK (especially Dir en grey and girugämesh). I haven’t even heard KAT-TUN or NewS’s new singles properly yet! The prospect of losing interest in JE makes me think “WOW, I’m gonna save so much money!” Hahahaha! Unfortunately JE = happiness and shouldn’t be avoided ね？ I’ll go and catch up now…

Haha, you finally download it! I have a “fear” for country music as well. But I think I can endure it because it’s Jay XD

The conversation in the first part of Che is hilarious! The first time I listened to it kinda freaked me out :shocked: But I like it a lot better now :D I guess I still prefer his ballads/R&B pieces.

This layout is so cute! When I was reading the line “it’s so NOT CHRISTMAS-SY!”, I was listening to SG Wannabe’s new album and they were singing “Merry Christmas, merry Christmas…” XD lol

Anyways, hope your throat will feel better! ^^ I bet it’s still very uncomfortable even though it gave you a “new talent” -.-

Both KAT-TUN and NewS’ singles are superrrr awesome. Watch the PV for NewS - they’re hilarious (and you might want to re-watch it a couple of times to catch what they’re all doing in the background - you’ll know what I mean when you watch it ~_~).
